1. Business Hours: I’m available Monday - Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. If you’d like an appointment outside these hours, it’s possible for an additional £20 per hour. Just reach out to me directly to make arrangements.
2. Guest Policy: To ensure a calm and focused environment, please come alone to your appointment.
3. Payment Method: Service balances are payable by cash only.
4. For Full Sets: Please come without makeup, as we won’t be able to proceed if any makeup is present. If a new booking is required, a booking fee will apply. Full sets usually take 2-3 hours depending on the look you want, so plan your time accordingly. If you currently have extensions from another salon, please budget for a removal and full set.
5. For Infills: Arriving makeup-free helps maximize your lash time, as time spent on makeup removal will cut into your appointment and impact your Lash Guarantee. Infill appointments are best every 2-3 weeks (14-21 days). After 21 days, please budget for a full set; after 28 days, both removal and a full set will be necessary.
6. Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved just for you, and I ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if the appointment is missed, the booking fee will be forfeited. However, if I can fill your slot, I’d be happy to transfer the booking fee to your next appointment within 7 days. If 48+ hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will go towards your next appointment. Refunds are issued only if I need to cancel.
7. Late Policy: Please let me know if you’re running late. I’ll still do my best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shorter, which could affect your lash results (full charges still apply).
8. Booking Fee Payment: Booking fees are payable via bank transfer. I’ll send details by email once we’ve set your appointment.
9. Arrival Time: Please arrive at your allocated time. If you arrive early, just send me a quick message before ringing the bell, as I may be finishing with another client.
10. Refunds & Lash Guarantee: While refunds are not offered, I provide a 48-hour Lash Guarantee. If there’s an issue with your lashes within 48 hours, I’ll happily fix it for free within 5 days of your appointment. For issues after 48 hours, infill options are available.
11. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments are non-refundable. Any credits will be issued as a gift voucher or applied to your next appointment.
12. Non-Transferable Booking Fees: Booking fees are non-transferable within 48 hours of your appointment but may be transferred one time.
13. Offers: Offers cannot be combined.
14. Health & Sickness Policy: If you’re feeling unwell, please don’t come to your appointment. With 48+ hours’ notice, your booking fee will be held until you’re well enough to reschedule. I may need to turn away anyone who arrives feeling sick, even with a cold.
15. Location: My studio is home-based; the full address will be provided in your booking confirmation text.
