1. Business Hours are Monday - Saturday 9am - 7pm. If you require an appointment outside of these times there will be an additional £16.50 per hour fee. Please contact me directly to make arrangements. On the day appointments will incur a £16.50 additional ‘emergency fee’

2. No Guests are permitted at appointments

3. Services are payable by CASH OR BANK TRANSFER. If paying cash please bring the correct amount

4. Full sets: Please come wearing no make up. We will not be able to continue the service if ANY make up is present and to rebook a new booking fee will be required. The average full set takes me up to 2 - 2.5hours please ensure you budget for this, the more natural eyelashes one has the longer the set will take. If you are currently wearing lash extensions not provided by FabuLAsh please budget for a removal and Full Set 

5. Infills : Please do not wear make up to your. Make up removal takes time and will cut into your appointment time and your Lash Guarantee will be forfeited. Please note that the more time spent cleaning your lashes, the less time spent applying new extensions, resulting in a less full lash line than you have previously experienced. 
Infills are required every 2-4 weeks or 14 - 28 days (maximum). After 28 day please budget for a Full Set. 

6. Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 48 hours notice or miss their appointment will forfeit their booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to rebook, I will always do my best to fill the slot and if I can I will happily transfer your booking fee to the next appointment if made within 5 days of cancelled booking. Clients that provide more than 48 hours notice any payments made will be transferred over to their next booking

7. Late Policy: Please let me know in advance if you are running late. If you are going to be late I may still be able to accommodate you, it will just result in less time in the appointment. (example: Less time spent on lash extensions = not so full lashes), full charges will still apply. 


8. Booking Fees are Payable via Bank Transfer only Details will be sent to you via email upon booking appointment

9. Arrive at your allocated appointment time. 

10. Refunds will not be offered. There is a 48 Hour Lash Guarantee period whereby if anything goes wrong with your lashes this will be rectified within 5 days of your initial appointment, free of charge. If past the 48 hours there are Infill Options

11. All Payments are non-Refundable. Any Credits will be issued back to you in the form of a voucher or applied to your next appointment 

12. Booking Fees are Non Transferable within 48 hours of your booking and may only be transferred once (within 7 days of booking) where the appropriate notice has been given

13. Offers are not to be used in conjunction of one another

14. Sickness Policy: If you are sick in any way please do not attend your appointment. If more than 48 hours notice is given your booking fee will be held until you’re well enough to rebook. I will also turn away anyone who turns up sick even if just a cold 

15. As this is a home based studio Full Address will be sent to you in your booking confirmation text once booking has been confirmed

16. Free available parking on Old Barn Lane, Godstone Road, New Barn Lane (out of school hours only). Parking in the residential car park may result in you being issued a fine. FabuLAsh takes no responsibility for any parking fines you may receive
